Title reports are provided on request for the issuance of title insurance. They are prepared after preliminary abstracting is finished and the transaction has closed.

Because a report speaks only to the period you ask about, every order needs a beginning date and an ending date.

Abstract extension or supplemental (180 days or less) $300.00

A title report does not guarantee title for any period before the beginning date or after the ending date.

After the abstract

Reports follow preliminary abstracting and closing, so the abstract comes first.
